When you arrive at the crossroads of Price Canyon and Carpenter Canyon roads, you are truly at the center of the Edna Valley. Surrounded by vineyards, wineries a short distance in any direction, and a relaxing breeze floating through the air. This is where you will find the Old Edna Townsite, the Heart of Edna Valley.
We have everything you need to begin your journey through the many splendors of Edna Valley wine country. Whether you join us for a meal, a stay or just to say hello and pick up some info about the valley and its wineries, please stop by. We would love to welcome you to our town...
Similar to the Oakville Grocery in Napa, Old Edna serves as a center to the Edna Valley Wine Country. Old Edna is home to a gourmet deli, exquisite antiques, an art gallery, a bed & breakfast and so much more. You're welcome to explore the site on these pages, but to truly experience it, you will have to stop by.
2008 marks the 100-year anniversary of the main tin-sided Old Edna building, which has served as a mercantile, public dance hall and saloon over the years. The century-old farmhouse, that now serves as a bed & breakfast, is celebrating its birthday as well. We began renovations when she was 90, and now, at 100, she is more beautiful than ever.
In years past Old Edna was the bustling town center for the residents of Edna Valley. Lovingly restored in recent years, we invite you to experience its history as well as its reincarnation as
The Heart of Edna Valley. |
